Therapy focuses on helping you feel more secure, grounded, and confident in how you show up, regardless of your relationship status.

  • Yes. If it’s something you want. Faith can be gently incorporated in ways that feel meaningful to you, such as reflecting on spiritual values, prayer, or faith-based perspectives when helpful. This is always client-led and never imposed. If faith is not part of what you are seeking, therapy remains fully supportive and grounded, and focused on helping you feel safe and understood.

  • Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. No apps or downloads are needed. You simply click the private session link that will be emailed to you and join from anywhere in California.

  • It truly depends on your goals, pace, and needs. Some clients want short-term support around specific challenges, while others want deeper, long-term work to heal attachment patterns and rebuild emotional confidence. We will talk about what feels right for you and adjust as your needs evolve.

  • Yes. Many people struggling with relationship anxiety also carry earlier emotional wounds or painful relational experiences. We explore these gently and at your pace, with a focus on helping you feel safer, more connected, and more secure over time.

  • Yes. I offer therapy services in both English and Spanish. You are welcome to choose the language you feel most comfortable expressing yourself in.

  • Individual sessions (50 minutes): $180

    Couples sessions (50 minutes): $225

    A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available based on financial need and may not always be available.

    I’m an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
